Original Artwork
• Each original artwork is unique and cannot be replaced or recreated.
• All original artworks are carefully inspected, packaged securely, and shipped using reputable courier services with insurance coverage.
• Once the artwork leaves my care, I cannot be held responsible for third-party negligence (couriers, handling services, etc.).
•  No returns or refunds will be accepted for original artwork. We can setup a Video Call if you want to see the artwork before purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges
•  All sales are final. No cash refunds will be issued.

Important Notes
•  Insurance on Shipping: It is recommended that buyers insure their shipment in case of transit-related damage or loss.

🇿🇦 South Africa: Shipping is arranged manually after checkout, once product has been crafted, QA'd and Packaged. You may use your own courier, simply choose Pick-Up Option. Rates per Product Group will be shown on some Items - this is estimated costs for packaging, insurance and delivery.

Some Items will have Free Shipping from time to time. Any Questions - Please get in touch!

🌎 International Orders: Shipping is quote-based and arranged after purchase. You are welcome to arrange shipment from your side for collection. You will be contacted with dimensions and details as soon as product is shipment ready.
